Content Rules

Effective: October 5, 2026Last updated: October 5, 2026
Translation. This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.

These rules apply to all content users add to QMaply: business cards, photos, descriptions, offers, error reports and complaints. They are part of the Terms of Use.

1. What you can publish

  • Real businesses and services operating lawfully in a complex connected to QMaply.
  • The exact location in the complex, current hours and contacts.
  • Your own photos of the business’s front, entrance or interior.
  • Offers and discounts the business actually provides.

2. What is not allowed

  • Fake or made-up businesses, wrong addresses, other people’s businesses without authority.
  • Offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexual content.
  • Hate speech, threats, harassment, sharing other people’s personal data.
  • Propaganda for the aggressor state, justifying or denying armed aggression against Ukraine, symbols banned by law.
  • Advertising goods and services that are banned or restricted in Ukraine, and activity without a required licence.
  • Fraud, misleading advertising, spam.
  • Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

3. Moderation

A moderator checks every new card and every change before publication, usually within 24 hours. For licensed activities (pharmacies, medical services and similar) the moderator may ask for the licence number. We also filter profanity automatically.

4. How to report content

  1. 1Open the business card on the map.
  2. 2Tap “⋯” → “Report” and choose a reason.
  3. 3Add a comment if needed and send.

You can also write to support@qmaply.com. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules and block the author’s account if needed.

5. How to hide a user’s content

Open the business card → “⋯” → “Block author”. You will no longer see their content, and we will be notified to review it.

6. Consequences

Depending on how serious the breach is: rejection or removal of content, a warning, or a temporary or permanent account block. We may report content showing signs of a crime to law enforcement.
